trong thời gian làm thủ tục trục xuất và có quyền khiếu nại, khởi kiện đối với quyết định xử phạt trục xuất này theo quy định của pháp luật/during the completion of deportation procedures and have the right to lodge complaint or initiate lawsuits against this deportation decision in accordance with law.
	Điều 3/Article 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký/This Decision comes into force on the date of its signing.

(1) Tên cơ quan chủ quản/Name of the governing body; (2) Tên đơn vị của người ra quyết định trục xuất/Name of agency who made the deportation decsion; (3) Ghi rõ địa danh hành chính/Clearly write the administrtative place; (4) Lĩnh vực xử lý VPHC/Field of administrative violations settlement; (5) Tên cơ quan quản lý người bị trục xuất/Name of the police authority controlling the deportee; (6) Tên cơ quan chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức thi hành Quyết định/Name of agency responsible for enforcing the deportation decision; (7) Ghi rõ tên cơ quan có liên quan thuộc Bộ Ngoại giao và cơ quan khác có liên quan để biết và phối hợp thực hiện/Indicate the related agency under the Foreign Affairs Ministry and other related agencies for information and implementation.
