Effective cost per mille (eCPM)
Effective cost per mille (eCPM) tells the publisher what they would have received if they sold the advertising inventory on a cost per mille (CPM) basis instead of a Cost Per Action, Cost Per Click, etc. basis.

Rather than an absolute cost, Cost per mille (CPM) estimates the cost per 1000 views of the ad.

Effective reach is the percentage of targeted-audience that is exposed to a particular ad during a specific period, to effect the purchase of a product or service.

Target Rating Point
Target Rating Point (TRP) is a measure of the purchased target rating points representing an estimate of the component of the target audience within the gross audience. Similar to GRP (short for Gross Rating Point) it is measured as the sum of ratings achieved by a specific media vehicle of the target audience reached by an advertisement.

Gross rating point (GRP)
Advertising, in general, is measured by GRP or gross rating point. Reach x Frequency = GRP.
